Return and refund policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have a 14-day period after receiving your product to request a return.

In order to be eligible for a return, your product must be in the same condition as you received it, unexplored or unused, with roofs and in the original packaging. You also need receipts or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us on the "Contact Us" button. If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Goods sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Injuries and problems

Please check your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the product is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong product so that we can evaluate the problem and do it correctly.

Derogations/ non-returned goods

Certain types of goods cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (such as food, flowers or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalised goods) and personal care products (such as beauty products). Nor do we accept a return for hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases. Contact us if you have any questions or concerns about your specific product.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sales or gift cards.


The fastest way to ensure that you get what you want is to return the product you have and when the return is accepted, you must make a separate purchase for the new product.


We'll let you know when we've received and inspected your return and tell you if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Remember that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to also process and post the refund.
